• Meta Platforms — receiving and sending messages over the Instagram and WhatsApp Business API
• OpenAI — generating AI replies (conversation content is processed for this purpose)
• iyzico — subscription payment collection
• n8n — automation infrastructure running on our own servers

We operate our own server and database infrastructure; your data is not held in a third-party hosting provider's database.

Meta and OpenAI are established outside Türkiye; these transfers are made under article 9 of the KVKK and are limited to the data required to perform the service. See the KVKK Privacy Notice page for the detailed transfer table.

These disclosures are limited to the data necessary to perform the service and to the extent necessary. We never sell your data to any third party.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Personal information may lawfully be shared with the relevant authorities in the following cases:
