Google Business Reviews

What It Does

The Maps module connects your Google Business Profile to Kolay DM. A reply in your business's voice is drafted for every new review and published, depending on the mode you choose, either after your approval or automatically. You follow your reviews and rating with reports.

Setup

1. Open the maps module from the panel's left menu. A welcome wizard starts.
2. Enter the WhatsApp number that approval messages should go to.
3. In the Google Business Profile step, connect your business account with Google.
4. Start the module.
5. On the settings tab, choose the review reply mode: off, with approval or automatic. In automatic mode, set the star range; configure replies for reviews without text as well.

How It Works

When a new review arrives, it appears on the reviews tab and a suggested reply is prepared. In approval mode, the suggestion waits for you; once you approve, it's published on Google. Pending replies are shown on the review replies and publishing queue tabs. On the reports tab you can create a PDF or PowerPoint report.

In approval mode, an approval message with the review and the suggested reply is sent to the WhatsApp number you entered during setup. From the link in that message you can approve the reply on your phone — without signing in to the panel.

Limits and Things to Know

• Reviews posted before the module's start date don't get automatic replies.
• The maps module is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans; if your plan doesn't include it, it isn't shown in the menu.
• To pause the module temporarily, turn it off from the settings.
