What It Does
Customers often share a Reel or post in DM and ask "How much is this?". The Content page lets you keep a short description for each of your posts, so the bot recognises the shared content and correctly answers questions about price, duration, sizes and so on.
Setup
- Open Content from the panel's left menu and load your content.
- Filter by items without a description. Optionally narrow it to Reels only or posts only.
- Click Write description on an item and fill in the title, what happens in the video, a price note and frequently asked questions.
- Save and move on to the next item.
- If you have a lot of content, use Scan with AI to get draft descriptions, then review and confirm them.
How It Works
When a customer shares a post, the bot reads that item's description and answers accordingly. If an item without a description is asked about, it appears in the asked-about list, so you can see which items need describing.
Limits and Things to Know
- Scan with AI processes up to 20 items per run.
- For products whose prices change often, it's easier to keep the price in the knowledge base price list rather than in the description.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to describe every post?
- No. Start with the content customers ask about or that drives sales. The asked-about list shows which items to describe first.
- Can AI write the descriptions?
- Yes. Scan with AI reviews your content and suggests draft descriptions. Check the suggestions before confirming them.
- Can I keep some posts away from the bot?
- Yes. Mark an item as not taking questions to remove it from the list.
