What It Does

The Dashboard is the summary screen you see right after signing in. It shows your business's message traffic for the day and how the bot is doing at a glance.

What's on the Screen

  • Today at a glance: tiles for today's DMs, people talked to today, today's comments, active automations and total DMs.
  • Collected Numbers: phone numbers obtained from conversations, for today, the last 7 days and all time.
  • Recent Conversations: the people you've talked to most recently; click to open the conversation.
  • Message Activity: a daily message chart for the last 7 days.
  • Connected Accounts: the status of your Instagram and WhatsApp connections.

How to Use It

Start the day with the dashboard: check Recent Conversations for chats waiting for a reply and Collected Numbers for customers to call. If an account connection has a problem, the Connected Accounts card warns you.
