Contacts and Statuses

Everyone who writes to you becomes a contact card automatically. Track them with statuses and move them along on the board.

What It Does

The Contacts page lists everyone who has written to you on Instagram, WhatsApp or through a web form. For each person you see the source, message count, last seen time, what they're interested in, tags and status. Statuses show where the person is in your sales process.

Default statuses: New, Comment, Informed, Follow up, To call, Appointment booked, Closed · Appointment given, Closed · Negative and Archive.

Usage

  1. Open Contacts from the panel's left menu.
  2. Narrow the list with the filters: those with a number, assigned to me, hide those from comments, last 2 days, last 7 days.
  3. Click a person to open their card and see their conversation history, notes and contact details.
  4. Select several people and use Bulk actions to set a status or add a tag.
  5. Switch the view to Board and drag cards between columns to change their status. Edit the board to adjust column names, colours and order.

How It Works

A new person is added to the list with the New status automatically. As the conversation progresses, you or your team change the status. When a person is moved to a call-type status, you're asked for a day and time; when the time comes, you're notified.

Limits and Things to Know

  • There's an upper limit to the number of statuses you can define.
  • System statuses can't be deleted, only renamed.
  • You can preview and apply a ready-made status set for your sector.
