Setup Wizard

What It Does

The setup wizard collects, through a series of questions, how your bot should talk and what it should know. At the end it writes a persona draft for you, which you can edit however you like.

Setup

1. Open the Setup page in the panel and click Write with the wizard.
2. In Sector and identity, answer "Which sector is your business in?", enter your business name and choose a tone: Friendly, Formal or Energetic.
3. In Your business, describe your business briefly, list your services and answer "What should the bot be able to do?".
4. In Rules, pick the ready-made rules that fit your business.
5. In Information, add your opening hours, address and price list.
6. In the Last step, complete the sector-specific questions and click Write my bot.

In the sector-specific questions, replace every "..." with your own information. Unfinished sentences stay in the draft and are not added to the persona.

How It Works

The wizard turns your answers into a persona text and knowledge base sections. They appear in the Persona and Knowledge base cards on the Setup page. You can then try the result with Test your bot. The test chat never reaches your customers and doesn't use your message quota.

When the checklist is complete, the Submit for approval button becomes available. Your request reaches our team instantly over WhatsApp and your setup is reviewed. If something needs fixing, the setup comes back to you as revision requested, with a note from our team; make the changes and resubmit. More details: Quick start › Approval process.

Limits and Things to Know

• The test chat has a daily usage limit.
• Put information that changes — like prices and address — in the knowledge base, not in the persona. That makes it easier to keep up to date.
