See every conversation that stalled at a stage in one list and revive it with message templates.

What It Does

A large share of sales is lost with customers who learn the price and say "I'll think about it", or who stop writing at the booking step. Unfinished lists these conversations together with the step they stalled at, and lets you reach them again with your message templates.

Setup

  1. First turn on Conversation stages tracking. The list is built from the stages.
  2. On the Contacts page, open the Unfinished tab.
  3. Under Templates, create a reminder or offer text with New template. You can use {ad} (name), {marka} (brand) and {adim} (step) in the text.
  4. Narrow the list with the stalled step, channel, group and status filters, and select contacts.
  5. Click Send to selected. Optionally have AI write a personalised text for each person based on their conversation.
  6. For contacts in the manual Instagram group, use Fast send: open the chat and copy the text, then mark it as sent.

How It Works

Contacts appear in three groups: send now, template required, and manual · Instagram. If the customer replies to your message, the conversation returns to the Inbox and the bot continues from the stage where it left off.

If your plan supports it, an automatic reminder is also sent to a stalled conversation after 20 minutes.

Limits and Things to Know

  • The same person can only be contacted again after 30 days.
  • Template names can be up to 60 characters; the text must be between 10 and 1,000 characters.
  • Sending to WhatsApp conversations older than 24 hours isn't supported yet.
  • Unfinished is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is a conversation considered unfinished?
When it stalls at a stage and the customer hasn't written for more than 3 hours. Conversations older than 90 days aren't listed.
Will the same person be messaged again and again?
No. The same person can only be sent another reminder after 30 days.
Why aren't Instagram contacts messaged automatically?
Instagram doesn't allow automatic messages to conversations older than 24 hours. These contacts are listed in the manual Instagram group; use Fast send to open the chat, copy the text and send it yourself.
